My name is John L. Steinbecker, Founder and CEO of Signature Factory DFW. Born and raised in Texas, I’m proud to call the Dallas–Fort Worth area home and have been part of the DFW community for nearly six years.

My professional background began in the automotive industry, where I worked in sales and finance roles helping clients navigate important purchasing decisions. Those experiences taught me the value of transparency, attention to detail, and providing a smooth, professional experience for every client. As my career progressed, I transitioned into the technology side of the automotive industry, continuing in client-facing roles where communication, trust, and professionalism were essential.

I was first commissioned as a Texas Notary Public in 2016, and through years of working closely with people and important documentation, I developed a strong appreciation for accuracy, reliability, and service. That experience ultimately led me to found Signature Factory DFW.

Today, my goal is simple: provide dependable, professional notary services that people can trust when it matters most. Many of the documents I help notarize represent important personal, legal, or financial decisions, and I take pride in ensuring every signing is handled with professionalism and attention to detail.
